Testimonials
“In the years that I have served [on the Board of Directors], I have become even
more impressed with the dedication, professionalism, positive attitude, and
proactive nature of this board. This was a very exciting change for me. It is
important for Shure to be a member of the Chamber of Commerce and for me to be
part of the Chamber Board of Directors because one of Shure’s core values
states that ‘we are good Corporate citizens and neighbor.’ I take this
commitment seriously.”
- Sandy LaMantia, President, Shure Incorporated
“We cannot speak more highly of the networking opportunities afforded to us as
members of the Niles Chamber of Commerce. It was at a Business after Hours that we
both met, discussed joining together for an event for seniors - and our Mall Walking
Program was born! It is exciting when two apparently different businesses can come
together and promote our services to the same market. ”
- Kris Hanson, The Bethany Terrace
- Regina Verdico, Golf Mill Shopping Center
“Over a year ago my wife suggested that I join The Niles Chamber of Commerce
as another way to promote and grow my business, RCM Home Inspections, LLC,
a small company. I knew little about chambers of commerce and only knew that
big businesses became members. I joined and almost immediately acquired
business that offset my membership fees. Since joining I have learned the value
of the networking opportunities that are offered to all sizes of companies. These
not only bring dollars-to-your-pocket but also the warm feeling that one gets from
helping others by giving referrals and using other member businesses. I now use
the Chamber Guide as my Niles yellow pages when I am looking for companies
or services for my company or personal needs. I look at the Chamber's "Hot
Deals" to see if there are any special money savings that members are offering.
Also, the Chamber offers special events that provide me with opportunities to
meet new people, build lasting business and friendship relationships. I'm now
proud to be an active member.”
- Rich Mangold, RCM Home Inspections, LLC
“The Chamber of Commerce has been a central part of my business since inception
in December 2000. Regularly, I have policyholders express their connection to
my agency through the Chamber and its network(s). State Farm encouraged my involvement
with the local Chamber of Commerce from Day 1 as a business owner and I embraced
the advice. The Chamber has helped me build a local marketing network including local
advertising, recognition and referrals. Many times I am unable to gauge
the success of my various marketing efforts, yet I know there are specific avenues of advertising
that define the success of a local business - the Chamber is one avenue I rely on regularly.
- Jeff Curry, State Farm Insurance Agency
