Erin Doerr
Erin Doerr brings creativity, enthusiasm, and a deep commitment to community to her role as Events Director for the Niles Chamber of Commerce. With a natural talent for organization and an eye for detail, Erin ensures every Chamber event is a success, fostering connections and showcasing the best of what Niles has to offer. She approaches every project with the same goal: creating experiences that bring people together and make a lasting impact.
A proud mother of three—Harlow, Elliott and Koko —Erin’s dedication to her family mirrors her passion for building a stronger, more connected community.
Erin’s civic-minded spirit shines through in all she does. An active participant in local initiatives, she is always looking for opportunities to support people and programs that improve the quality of life in our community.
When she’s not planning events, Erin enjoys local parks, community activities and cheering on her kids at sporting events. Her energy, creativity, and heartfelt dedication make her an invaluable part of the Chamber team.
Nageen Nasir
As Niles Chamber’s Marketing & Membership Coordinator, Nageen Nasir promotes the Chamber’s initiatives and Chamber members through the Chamber’s digital communications, particularly emails and social media. She oversees all aspects of the Chamber’s marketing communications and design in close collaboration with the Chamber Executive Director and Events Manager.
Since joining in 2023, Nageen has brought her experience in marketing, communications and administration, backed by a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northern Illinois University, to elevate the Chamber’s outreach and engagement efforts.
